Florida Realtors has released the following forms (all can be found on Form Simplicity):
- REVISED - Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreements (Single Agent, Transaction Broker, No Brokerage Relationship, and Consent to Transition to Transaction Broker)
- NEW - Compensation Agreements (with modification forms for each)
- Seller’s Broker to Buyer’s Broker
- Seller to Buyer’s Broker
- NEW - Property Pre-Touring Agreement
- NEW - Modification to Exclusive Buyer Broker/Showing Agreement
- REVISED - Showing Agreement
FORM UPDATES COMING SOON:
- Amended Showing Agreement
- Amended Retainer Agreement
- Release of amended Listing Agreements and several other forms. One of those forms will address what you do with listings and buyer broker agreements that are in effect on August 17 that do not have the required language for settlement compliance.
