GACAR Dues are Due!

GACAR MEMBERSHIP DUES INVOICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT ONLINE NOW AT GACAR.com.
Due dates are as follows: GACAR dues are due on 11/1/16 and late on 12/1/16, with a $50 late fee. Payments received on 12/16/16 to 12/31/16 will be assessed a $100 late fee. After 12/31/16 membership will be terminated which will require a $300 reinstatement fee. Pay Dues Online

Important  Dates

Important Dates
October 11 Paragon Essentials and Additional Training begins.  Check GACAR.com to register for classes.
Thursday, Nov 10 COB InnoVia goes READ ONLY.  No listing input and maintenance is allowed. Other Innovia functionality can still be used.

Paragon remains available for all functionality except Listing Input and Maintenace.
Monday, Nov 14 Paragon - Listing Input and Maintenance is enabled. Everything you have setup, created or customized is still available to you in Paragon.
Nov 15 and 16

Additional Paragon Essentials and Additional Training is available.


What should we be doing during Parallel?

Checklist
During Parallel (Sept 26 - Nov 13), please do the following to prepare to transition to Paragon:

* Work 30-minutes/day in Paragon Get use to how Paragon looks and functions - a little bit each day.
* Verify your listings have transferred into Paragon Correctly If you find an error, send RANW several MLS#s, the field name, the correct data in InnoVia and the incorrect data in Paragon.
* Verify your Prospects' Contact Information is correct in Paragon If needed, update your Prospects' information in Paragon.
* For Active Prospects ONLY, transfer their Saved Search Criteria into Paragon. While looking in InnoVia, add Prospect's Search Criteria to Paragon. We recommend using 2 browsers - one displays InnoVia and the other displays Paragon.
* Enable Client Connect for your Active Prospects For each Prospect, when you setup Client Connect, turn off Listing Cart in InnoVia
* CMAs - archive needed InnoVia CMAs for future reference Print them or save them as a .PDF to you computer.
